Resort Security pioneered the Rental/Monitoring program for the Hospitality industry. Our program insures that you will never have to buy another video camera system again! With the Resort Security Rental/Monitoring program, we install, maintain, repair or replace the equipment as needed at no charge to the customer. Customers can RENT the systems combined with our Security Diplomat Monitoring. Our monitoring pricing is based on the number of cameras being monitored and the number of hours needed.

 

Custom Design Solutions

Resort Security doesn’t sell off the shelf video camera technology. We understand that security technology is constantly changing and our Resort Security engineers are constantly reviewing new technologies from around the world that may be  better and less expensive than last year’s model. We review with the customer their security challenges and select the best audio/video camera technology available to install at their location. If the Customer already has a compatiable video camera system already installed, Resort Security can provide a network video recorder (NVR) FREE of charge that will enable recording 24/7/365 and Live Security Diplomat Monitoring as needed by the Customer.

Installation

Upon receipt of the signed agreement and upfront fees, Resort Security will schedule your installation as soon as possible. Our Installation Manager will be dispatched to the site to manage local licensed installers hired to assist. Partnering with a local installer helps insure that qualified personnel will be available as needed to help with any future maintenance and installation issues. We anticipate that your installation will be completed within one business week.

Equipment Maintenance Service

Maintenance of Resort Security equipment including repair, replacement, labor and travel is included in the rental fee.

Mobile App

A free Mobile App is provided that enables live monitoring of cameras at each customer site.
